I love the
start of a new year. It’s the perfect time to get organized, refocus energy,
and start fresh. Usually people like to make some resolutions in the beginning of
a new year. But sometimes it doesn’t work well. We can not reach or realize our
target. Why does it happen like that ?
One
reason why New Year’s resolutions can be hard to achieve is because we simply
set too many. We are not focus on our priority goals.
Resolutions
and goals are often easy to let go because there’s no accountability for getting
them done. Try sharing our plans for 2015 with family or best friend who can
offer support is a good way. We are more likely to stick with a plan when we
make a public commitment.
To
make our plans run well, we should consider our possibilities, characters and
abilities. As a primary teacher that requires love for children, much patience,
profound knowledge of subjects and the ability to explain and to teach, I will
learn much more to improve myself. It is a great responsibility to educate the
children.
So I will take some training, seminar,
workshop, read more books and also learn from other people who have much
experience. The closest plans are : preparing lesson plans and semester plan
for the students, attending Cambridge Day 2015 the international seminar on
February 4th in Surabaya, also re-connect the teacher partnership
with other teachers or schools aboard.
Hopefully
I can do my plan as well, Amiin..
